Refund policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact. Used, damaged items without manufacturing defects, personalized goods are non‑returnable. Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

You must get a Return Authorization (RA number) before sending products back. Packages returned without RA number may get refused.

Please provide your order number and product photos when applying for return. After approval, we will send you detailed return instructions.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Original delivery fee is non‑refundable. If return is caused by our mistake (wrong item, factory defect), we will cover return postage.

We will inspect your returned goods within 3‑5 business days upon receipt. Once approved, refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for the money to arrive in your account, subject to bank processing time. Partial refund may apply if item shows wear caused by customer.

Please check items right after delivery. If you receive broken or defective goods, email us within 7 days after delivery with photos of package and product, we will arrange replacement or refund.

We do not support direct exchange. Please finish return process and place a brand‑new order for new size or variant.

We reserve the right to update this return policy. New terms take effect once published on website.
