All orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and official holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier backlog, holidays or force‑majeure situations.

We offer worldwide shipping service. ‑ United States: 7‑15 business days ‑ International destinations: 12‑25 business days

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number to track your shipment online.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on shipping destination and total order weight. Free‑shipping promotions may apply occasionally according to store campaigns.

For international orders: All import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not covered by our store. Please check local customs regulations before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds for parcels refused due to customs charges.

Please monitor your package tracking status closely. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your goods, please contact us within 14 days of the delivered status. We will assist you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If you receive damaged items, please send clear photos of the outer package and defective products to us within 7 days upon delivery for further support.
